1. Introduction
1.1 Background
Task management software can greatly increase the performance of your team. Throughout my career I have worked on Assana, Jira, Basecamp, clickup and a few other tools.
1.2 Objective
Designing a a beautiful and easy-to-learn tool that connects all the good experiences I had with different task management apps.
2. Process
Requirements
I created a list of requirements which will guide me through creating the main task flow
As a user I should be able to:
- Have access to all core features through a well-organised dashboard
- Track the projects with different views (list, board, timeline)
- Create Spaces, projects and tasks
- Assign team members to the tasks and projects
- Add a variety of parameters to the tasks
- Set and track goals for the team
